Phree and Dee are the owners of Hausofphreedom and they have a team of 2 Loctitians , 1 barber and 1 assistant. We are opened 4 days a week Wednesday - Saturday from 8-6pm. After hour appointments are available.

Cancellation Policy
Haus of Phreedom Policy Purpose: This policy outlines the terms regarding non-refundable services and deposits at Haus of Phreedom. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to all clients while managing our scheduling and resources efficiently. Non-Refundable Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for all services. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and will be deducted from the total service cost. Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing their deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling Policy: Clients can reschedule appointments without penalty if done 48 hours or more before the scheduled time. The deposit will be applied to the new appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will be considered a cancellation, resulting in the loss of the deposit. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may need to pay a new deposit for future bookings. Service Satisfaction: While we strive for client satisfaction, all services rendered are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, please inform us within 7 days, and we will work to address your concerns. Agreement: By booking an appointment with Haus of Phreedom you acknowledge and agree to the Non-Refundable Services and Deposits Policy. Modifications: Haus of Phreedom reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support!
